We work alongside Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and families with simple communication, clear expectations and easy referral pathways. Sessions can include scam awareness, device basics, communication tools and everyday digital tasks that help participants stay connected, safe and supported.
Our support complements existing services and can align with participant goals, capacity‑building needs and support plans — with optional session summaries to help you stay informed.
